CAF Improvement Plan Workshop
The working group for the implementation of CAF2020 formed within the SCPC and the management of the SCPC with the expert support of ReSPA and KDZ Austria, on 25.04.2023, in the Training Center of the SCPC, held a CAF Workshop for an improvement plan. As a result of the self-assessment carried out by the CAF self-assessment group, strengths, areas and actions for improvement were identified. Based on the prioritization of activities for improvement, an action plan for improvement was developed at the workshop by determining the most important activities for improvement. The goals that were achieved at the workshop are the following: reaching agreement on the prioritized improvement activities, establishing an action plan for improvement with the prioritized activities and defining the next steps for integrating the improvement plan and its implementation.
