Training for promotion of legal and ethical aspects of integrity in human resource management processes in public sector institutions
Integrity is the foundation of good management in public sector institutions, hence the promotion of integrity and ethics policies is a contribution to preventing the possibility of different forms of corruption and unethical behavior within the institutions.
Therefore, on July 13th , 2023, the first out of three trainings for the promotion of the legal and ethical aspects of integrity in human resource management processes in public sector institutions was held in Hotel Park in Skopje, organized by the Ministry of Information Society and administration, the OSCE Mission in Skopje and the State Commission for the Prevention of Corruption.
The promotion of integrity will continue this year as well, because it represents a strategic and sustainable response to the risks of corruption in the public sector of our country.
